                              2- There is a 12 hour difference in time?  How do I get my questions answered?

                                     Our North American office and Chinese office are in constant communication. You will be able to communicate directly

                                     and effectively on a daily basis with the staff in our North American office to assure that your questions are answered

                                     immediately.

                              3- How do I know my item will be manufactured correctly?

                                     Layout, visual and technical drawing for proof with good communication and professional Quality Control; your item will

                                     be carefully followed from inception to production to delivery.

                               4- How do I make my concept an actual product?

                                     API has a R&D team there are professional designers and manufacturing Engineers working on create, renovate the

                                    design or ideas become real products, we will use our expertise in choosing the best materials for your item and review

                                    with you all of the manufacturing details.

                               5- How do QC with my order, is there third party works?

                                     API will follow up the order, there are professional QC team working with factories to controlling the quality. Third party

                                     works too.

                               6- What if something goes wrong with my item?

                                     You are dealing with a USA based company and you will always have someone to speak to. We stand behind our manu

                                     -acturing and will make sure that you will receive excellent product.

                               7- I do not know anything about shipping from China?

                                     API will ship your items and take care of the paperwork, duties and all aspects of shipping and it up to your choice.

                               8- How do I know my product does not contain harmful materials?

                                     API will be happy to coordinate any testing necessary to make sure that your items are compliant.

                               9- I am worried about human rights violations.

                                     API does cooperation with our factories that are compliant for current labor laws.
